You didn't mention a video because there was never a video-inspired protest in Benghazi.

I will be damned if I am going to allow on my watch for the rights of women... to be turned back by that clock.

Everyone knows these videos are, as the Speaker of the House said, barbaric and repulsive.

I have the deepest respect for the loyal men and women who work under Director Allison's leadership.

The overwhelming majority of people at the EPA, the overwhelming majority of people that work in our Federal Government, they are good, honest, decent people. They do not do this.

But when you have somebody who repeats this behavior that is absolutely and totally unacceptable and does so time and time again, there needs to be consequences, not promotions.

The problem is the EPA does not protect its own employees.

You had an agency with the power of the Internal Revenue Service systemically and for a sustained period of time target groups for exercising their most fundamental right under the First Amendment.

All I'm saying is is what Mr. Koskinen told this committee and the American people, was it a true statement what he said under oath sitting in that chair right there?

Might it be the guy who said this under oath in this committee: 'We will get you every single Lois Lerner email?'
