The Democrat attacks on the integrity of the Supreme Court are not just limited to court packing, prominent Democrats have said the Supreme Court is 'not well,' and threatened to restructure the court if it doesn't heal itself.

These Democrats, including the Chair and the Chair of this Subcommittee, suddenly decided that, despite 150 years of precedent, the magic number for the Supreme Court justices should now be 13.

They can't stand the fact that they don't control the United States Supreme Court.

Democrats control the Executive Branch, they control the bureaucracy, they control Congress, and they control this Committee.

Everyone can see through the Democrat's charade here today. This isn't about ethics, or justice, or the separation of power, this is a partisan attack on the highest court in the land.

Next Congress when Republicans take back the House we will conduct robust oversight of this administration and find answers to these and many, many more questions.

Who needs an oversight committee that does no oversight?

Last year alone over 100,000 Americans died of opioid overdoses, most of which were caused by illicit opioids that came across our southern border.

Democrats aren't interested in fact finding. They want the public to believe the opioid crisis is still driven by over prescribing. It is not.

It is about to get worse as the Democrats look to--as the Biden administration looks to repeal title 42. I urge a ``no'' vote.

If we cancel or censor everything that people find offensive, nothing will be left.

Again, let the science be put out there transparently, and let everybody explain it.

So, again, not following the science, following the political science after the pollster to the President came out with this data that the public is fed up with this approach.
