Not only are they at war on coal, but they are also saying oh, by the way, the tax money you do send to us, we are going to take it and give it to your competitors.

I think probably the greenhouse gas rule that the EPA has proposed for new units is probably the signature that declares war on coal because it is a standard that the demonstrated technology is not available in order to meet that standard.
