The media says, ``If it is on the dress, he must confess.'' I say, ``If the dragon fits, Janet Reno should commit.'' That is right, Janet Reno should appoint an independent counsel to investigate this Chinagate business. Even FBI director Louis Freeh agrees. But Janet Reno says, no, absolutely not. That is unbelievable to me. The Justice Department cries out for reform from the top to the bottom. It is such a joke. If someone at the Justice Department commits a crime, that crime is investigated by a peer, a friend, a buddy in the same Justice Department. Beam me up. From Waco, to Ruby Ridge, to China, to Filegate, it is out of control. While Monica's dress may be a fly on her face, my colleagues, I submit that China is a dragon eating our assets. I yield back any justice left at the United States Justice Department.
