“Delay in correcting fraud and abuse at a time when premiums for Federal employees are on the rise should not be tolerated, and I am very appreciative that this bill has come to the floor before we adjourn. By moving to allow the OPM to sanction providers who engage in misconduct, we are sending a strong message that being a provider of health care for Federal employees is not a right but a privilege.
