The run-up to this meeting, and generally to the critical analysis of the administration's inability to be able to bring forward a massive greenworks program, should not in any way deter us from moving forward with an effort on the part of the Federal Government to create a transition in our economy toward more sustainability in our energy and in our manufacturing.
