I will ask the gentleman again, I would certainly entertain the gentleman's willingness to strike that language there so that we can certainly keep the for-profit companies out of this, because, Mr. Speaker, the for-profit companies had a $50 million advertising campaign to try to promote biotechnology, glossing over all the concerns that scientists around the world have, and they get $36 million out of this bill if left to the language of this bill.
