I want to say that I think that the gentleman from Indiana (Mr. Burton) and the gentleman from California (Mr. Lantos) serve this country well and that there are probably no people stronger in defense of America than both of them. I have total confidence in that, and I just want to express my appreciation for being able to express my misgivings about the language of this bill, but I want to thank the gentlemen for the service that they are giving in expressing the importance of this.
