With all due respect to my friend from California, special operations troops are inside of Pakistan right now. Three troops have died. Maybe they didn't intend to be hostile, but somebody intended hostilities towards them. There is no question about the hostile climate. What I am trying to do here, with the help of Mr. Paul, is to stop expanding the U.S. forces' footprint in Pakistan so that we stop an expanding war.
