As I am listening to the testimony one of the things that strikes me is that we have got men and women out in the field right now with their lives on the line--veterans that will be returning home.

I am disappointed to say, however, that although the chairman claims we are pursuing this investigation on a 'bipartisan basis,' that has simply not been the case.
