I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to provide new loan guarantees under section 1703 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16513), and the amount otherwise appropriated by this Act for ``Title 17 Innovative Technology Loan Guarantee Program'' is hereby reduced by $33,000,000.
