Just in closing, I would just like to reiterate the importance of decisions being able to be made between a doctor and a patient, because that's what we expect, and that's what Americans deserve in their health care system.

It seems to me when I talk to veterans, and I am a veteran, that there is a wall, that when they leave the military that there is a wall and they have to start over when it comes to transitioning into the Veterans Administration.
