With the help of communities like Cincinnati and discussions like the one we were having here this morning, I am hopeful that we will shatter the mistaken perceptions that mental health care is not available, not appropriate, or not effective, and there will come a day when no veteran is discouraged from reaching out and seeking care, and no family suffers alone.
