if we want to send a message to the Chinese people, we might as well try to mail it in a letter because they will not hear it in the sweatshops and the prisons. And the text of this bill does not do anything for them. So if we want to send a message to the Chinese people, we should vote ``no,'' and then we can really try to help them out.
