Specialist Hardy gave the last full measure of devotion to his country in Ar Ramadi, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Madam Speaker, Specialist Hardy represents the best that America has to offer. I want to give my heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Specialist Hardy.
