Soft money can be spent on newspaper ads, but the money of those workers, their hard-earned money, cannot be spent where they want to direct it, into radio or TV. It does gag people who work in business. It does gag the rights of free speech, unless of course, again, the money is spent on a newspaper ad. That is just not the American way.”
