To answer the question, Mr. Speaker, and to my distinguished colleague, yes. As the bill says in section 903, nothing in this bill shall supercede, restrict or limit the application of NVRA. Of course, subsection (e) remains in the law in full force and effect exactly as it is now, and this bill would not change that.
