Right now, if you want to go to California in a self-driving car to Nevada, you literally have to change your license plate at the border.

We have an opportunity to work towards ending senseless deaths on our roads by making investments in technology.

I commend her for her work, and stand committed to working with her in a bipartisan way to implement policies that could reduce these tragedies.

I believe our work on the SELF DRIVE Act was an example of this committee at its best, working together in an open process on technology that will save lives.

I believe there are technologies we can utilize to prevent the loss of life during the summertime driving season and any time.

We must--and will--do everything in our power to stop the annoying and illegal robocalls while protecting the technology for the lifesaving, pro-consumer services people use and need.

I introduced with my friend, the chairman of our subcommittee, the Support Tools to Obliterate Pesky Robocalls Act, or STOP Robocalls Act.

I believe that you should actually have to take action if you do want to receive them from certain parties.

Our bill would give us additional tools in our robocall toolbox to go after bad actors.
