This is really a jobs bill to put people to work on building infrastructure that we have to have.

If we do not win the hearts and minds of the American public, we are going to be talking to ourselves now and forever more.

The irony of it is if the rates go up so high you are going to lose population in the urban centers.

We have got to come to our senses on some of this stuff.

The supposed high-speed rail was more like snail rail.

Ohio rejected the Federal funding, due to the impractical, inefficient, and expensive problems inherent to the project.

It is imperative that we stop the advancement of these and other new job-killing government regulations.

This could be devastating to local economies and potentially cause food prices to rise.

And it is a huge economic boom in job creation, and it is a national security issue because we spend almost $1 trillion overseas for oil, and we don't really need to be doing that.

I think all of us would agree that we all want clean water, clean air.

I think he is making a good point here. I have seen it. You come in, EPA comes in to a local public entity, and they want to do the right thing, but the EPA doesn't seem to want to work with that public entity.

Please get the EPA off of us, we cannot continue to function this way, and can't continue hiring people that are not producing goods and services, but only producing paperwork for the EPA.

When you over-regulate, it helps the big giants, but it sure hurts the small and medium-sized businesses.
