I do want to see to any peaceful protester who did not feel that I did not to protect their constitutional right to protest. I am sorry for that.

I do have a lot of support in the community. And as I said, this is my job. This happened on my watch. And I intend to see it through.

We have to get out in the community. We've got to change our court system and our ticketing system. We have to change our fine system.
