This is a great defense against terrorism, resiliency. It may be the strongest defense against terrorism.

It could be possible that what they're worried about aren't necessarily other co-conspirators, but other conspiracies that he may know about.

The American people are very tough. They're very resilient. These people misjudge us when they think that by carrying out these horrible attacks.

This should not be politicized. I would be disappointed if we ended up trying to politicize this, trying to make some point about immigration or gun control or -- or Republican/Democrat.

I think we have to first say we're fortunate that we've been able to stop so many of them. I think the government has done a good job of interrupting many of these attacks that could've taken place.

We don't do that. Republicans don't reject their prior candidates. I mean, we've had lots of candidates...
