Experience shows a strong economy is the foundation of a secure economy.

Unfortunately, our sluggish economy and aging population threaten our Nation's future retirement security.

So these manufactured requirements by people who are already in the industry are designed to keep other people out of whatever that is, raise prices, limit competition, limit job creation.
