But let me ask this question, because I want to better understand how the administration came up with the November 30 date or deadline.
I mean, directly from our constituents we are hearing these stories about these challenges and their own expenses.
People are signing up for insurance, they are getting tax credit subsidies funded by taxpayers.
And there is nothing, nothing on your Web site that tells an under-26-year-old those facts.
If a person is offered insurance at their job... then they can't get Obamacare subsidies.
Prior to making such credits and deductions available, the Secretary shall certify to Congress that the exchanges verify such eligibility consistent with the requirements of the act.
Look, I find it puzzling we have to explain to administration officials how the law works.
These estimates do not take into account the tax credit eligibility requirements relating to other minimum essential coverage.
