After engaging in good faith negotiations, we were able to increase the cap on SALT from $10,000 to $40,000.
The increased SALT limit would ease the tax burden for middle-class and working families.
if they think we're going to throw our constituents under the bus to appease them, it's not happening.
None of us are going to support that as it currently stands.
The bottom line is, [a higher SALT cap] is going to be in the bill, and we’re going to work through it.
