Haiti has a 52-percent illiteracy rate, and these are some of the grave challenges.

IAVA strongly supports S. 1940, which requires the VA to complete a study of the effects of Agent Orange on the children of Vietnam veterans.

We believe that all veterans exposed to the deadly herbicide should be granted these presumptions.

Since 2002, they have been shut out of VA care for Agent Orange related illness and this legislation corrects that injustice.

It's long overdue that we afford them the benefits that they have earned.
