Will you commit to producing all documents related to how EPA developed the 42 specific recommendations on how to improve the Superfund program?

Not a single one of the sites on the list is in New York State, despite the fact that there are currently 86 Superfund sites in our State.

Will you personally review the final report before it is released to the public and ensure that all the concerns raised by the trustees and the public are fully addressed?

I was very glad to see yesterday's announcement that EPA is broadening the scope of its Hudson River cleanup analysis.

EPA's decision to choose to ignore the clear intent of Congress is therefore not consistent with the agency's mission.

I am really concerned about the levels of a toxic PFOA and PFOS that have been found throughout New York State.

We did this because we recognized the benefit to Services in having trained, experienced litigators dealing with the most serious criminal cases, including sexual assault.

I want to follow up on the sexual assault issue.

If our current approach means that we are not getting the right people in these jobs, then the requirements need to be tailored...

As in the civilian sector, we need career prosecutors with years, even decades, of prosecutorial experience...

I have been and remained concerned about our military promotion practices that incentivize officers to be generalists...

I urge you to ask Congress for the ability to, when you do do these projects, build them to state-of-the-art with resiliency enhanced so we are not there after the next storm.

I am also troubled by the pace of recovery for Puerto Rico and, in particular, the length of time it has taken to restore power.

I am concerned about the progress of the Hudson-Raritan Estuary Ecosystem Restoration Study that is currently being undertaken by the Army Corps.

What else could we be doing?

Are we doing enough to ensure that we are adequately protecting ourselves and our assets from future storms and floods?

I was very disappointed that the Trump administration chose to rescind the Flood Risk Management Standard implemented by the Obama administration.

It is important work that our Committee does, to draft the new Water Resources Development Act this year.

If cost is the only issue, those are the kinds of things Congress can address.

What are you doing to protect those servicemembers who may well have been punished for inappropriate behavior that was actually caused by these diseases?

What is the military doing overall to ensure that it will do a better job in assessing program effectiveness on more evidence-based practices?

I do not want my child playing football. It would scare the heck out of me.

We need a public awareness campaign that matches the importance of this problem.

While the symptoms of TBI may appear right away, others may not be noticed for days or months after injury.
