“Mr. Speaker, I thank the gentleman for yielding me this time. I have to give it to Speaker Ryan and to President Trump and all of my Republican colleagues. I have to give them their due. They announced earlier this year they would cut taxes for corporate special interests, and today they are following through on that promise.
