the tribe that I referred to in my State is not in my district, but I feel strongly that it is up to us to keep our word. This problem is so great that we have to look at it from a variety of different ways, and I must say that preempting the study group between the HHS and the Indian tribes, I think we need more information before we have a basic change in the law, which the bill, as it is right now, without my amendment, the bill changes current law drastically, going all the way back to 1975. And I think in 1975 when the gentleman was here, I think that the gentleman made the right decision at the time, and I am just trying to reaffirm that decision, and I ask people to support this amendment.
