There are the liberals in this body, Mr. Speaker, who will do anything in their power to make this a class battle. They get their power from turning class against class. We know who they are. We know the games that they are playing. Makes for great sound bites. Tax break for the wealthy. Capital gains for the wealthy. I hear this over and over again, but I have a lot of confidence in the American people. The American people, you can fool them sometimes, but I am going to say, they get enough of it. They have had 40 years of sitting through this thing, of watching it, of being hit by it, of having to pay the bills. They are basically sick and tired of being sick and tired. They want it changed.
