How much flexibility exists with regard to the World Trade Center Health Program's eligibility requirements?

I think in all the years I have been in Congress, I have never seen our delegations more united on 1 thing.

And again, I want to thank our colleagues, particularly Mr. Kildee, for coming here and working with us in partnership and we are not going to stop until we get these people home.

I think it is clear from the emotional testimony we have heard here today that when it comes to these missing and detained Americans, Iran can do much more to help bring these Americans home to their families.

We remain deeply concerned about Iran's imprisonment of Americans and the lack of information about the whereabouts of Robert Levinson.

It is absolutely ludicrous that we are negotiating with a government that is holding our citizens to languish in Iranian jails.

Sadly, Robert Levinson's whereabouts are unknown as we heard in the testimony. I simply don't believe that the Iranians have been forthcoming about his status.

I wish we knew more about the conditions for these four Americans, but in these cases, Iran, as usual, isn't playing by the rules.

Mr. Engel. Mr. Chairman, thank you for bringing forward this resolution which, of course, I support.

We are united in trying to help you. And I want to just thank you, all four of you for your tremendous, tremendous courage.

It just infuriates me. While we don't want to tie your cases to our talks... it is just infuriating and outrageous.

I must tell you that I feel so angry that at a time when we are sitting with Iran... it is ludicrous.

We will do everything we can to bring them home.

We cannot imagine the grief you are going through. And our hearts are with you.

There isn't a moment that Mr. Kildee hasn't stopped to talk to me about this case. He has been relentless.

I want to thank all four of you for the courage you have and for your extraordinary testimony.
