I hear from business owners all the time about burdensome regulations and they tell me that the Biden administration's Updated Waters of the U.S. would hurt their farms.

It is crucial that we fill the vital role soon to ensure small businesses are empowered to grow and prosper.

Unfortunately, the opposite has become the case with the Biden administration.

Shouldn't we be taking China more seriously than just a competitor?
