It is critical for Congress to continue to provide robust funding for fundamental research in fusion and to fund essential public-private partnerships.

I find this odd, given DOE's recent IRA and IIJA windfall.

I am deeply concerned, as I know are many of the Members of this Subcommittee and others in Congress, regarding FBI misuses of its authority.

There must be no repeat of the egregious violations of law and policy committed during the investigation of alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election campaign of former President Trump.
