On behalf of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) and the Water Environment Federation (WEF), we thank you for holding today's hearing.

This legislation would support practical conservation practices and help ensure that the USDA invests in solutions that work for producers and communities alike.

It is my hope that this year's WRDA can provide Long Island residents with the assistance they so desperately require.

But, you know, until they change the policies at the border, it's going to make things just keep getting more and more difficult.
