I find it quite ironic that Republicans want to consistently invoke states' rights to regulate a woman's body but apparently that is not good enough to regulate a car.

So what the Trump Administration is effectively trying to do is to force the state to lower its standards. Correct?

Victory would be achieved when, quote, 'average citizens,' quote/unquote, understand uncertainties in climate science.
