Securing the health care and public health sector we know is critical to protecting our national security.
I just think that it's a really important part of our workforce that we need to continue to see thrive and grow.
Workforce attrition, there is lengthy training periods, there is forced early retirement, coupled with the stop and go funding we have had with sequestration, it really had a lasting negative effect on our air traffic control workforce.
Increasing the ability for Federal loans for pilots, not only, you know, for everybody to get a more diverse workforce, allow people that traditionally wouldn't be able to get into the workforce ability to get funding is essential.
