The Administration's policies of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act along with this energy export is revolutionizing the world market on oil.

That energy revolution is taking place in my home county and the county right next to it, so that many of the entry level workers are making 100,000 bucks.

One of the greatest emerging threats to U.S. national security is illicit use of virtual or cryptocurrencies.

Again, these two bills are designed not to bypass anything, not to cause great destruction in the environment, but to be practical, common-sense approaches to how do we reach the economic potential of a state where that potential is ready…

We realize that we can bypass the officials and sue, and that we can get things done in court. Psychological warfare is a very under-appreciated aspect of environmental campaigning.

So, we are taking money from people who make $31,000 a year average in New Mexico, and paying lawyers to sue our government.

I really appreciate you having this hearing, because this is at the essence of protecting the communities in the West.

We don't need more wilderness here, because that is choking off our economic potential.

U.S. sanctions are directed against an authoritarian government, not the many ordinary Iranians who denounce terrorism and welcome closer relations with our country.

If Republicans and Democrats can agree that intensifying non-nuclear sanctions is key for our national security, then we should think of new ways that deepen their impact on Iranian behavior.

The regulations drive out the people who will bring honesty and transparency.

I will guarantee you that people in this country right now do not feel safe.

It is time to get to work and do what we were sent there to do, make hard decisions about very difficult things in a pragmatic and sensible way.

I think both parties have gamed this issue for years.

So Washington can say the border is secure all they want, and I appreciate reading your testimony, sir, that says that we have work to do and we need to be more transparent, more honest.

I think that the better option is the competition drives the bad ones out of business.

But you, I would note, are avoiding the answer of whether you took a moral position at that company on whether or not you all were supporting an industry that does far more to the poor.

These are huge warning signs to us, and we are sitting here talking about some relatively small stress tests inside different banks.

Forget the internal stresses of corporations. Think about the fact that the ground we are standing on literally is going to get insolvent and very quickly.
