Improving our ocean modeling capabilities isn't just important for protecting our ocean economies.

Oceans industries like fisheries and tourism need accurate forecasts to be able to plan ahead for the next day's weather and adapt to changing seasonal ocean patterns.

Failing to fund the supplemental will continue to put us further behind.

If it is easier to get drugs than it is to get treatment, we will never reduce overdose deaths.

I think if there is not an effort to make Spanish-first or at least bilingual in these tools, especially in specialty crops where we have predominantly Spanish-speaking workers, then the tools are unlikely to succeed.

I want to thank you for that. I know that that is a tough decision, but especially as you are protecting the intellectual property, behavior, whatever it may be, or the confidence with those users as well.

I live down a long dirt road. I am sure a few of us do. It is just one of those reminders that if we are going to live up to the promise, especially in this particular space, of AI to help food production, improve profits for farmers and producers across the country, they need to have that simple technology that takes advantage of spectrum to be able to utilize these tools.

I think that is just a reminder that the Committee not lose sight of the human component here as well as this conversation continues to grow.

People are getting taken advantage of. And whether it was decades ago or it was this morning, I have learned there is power in numbers.
