Ben Ray Luján is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from New Mexico since January 3, 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously represented New Mexico's 3rd congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2009 to 2021. So if the settlement was adopted, would it protect non-Indian water users in the Valley?

Did you say that sometimes the Department of Justice will notify the companies that there has been a breach, as opposed to the other way?
So it sounds like what States have done, they have a reporting mechanism that when there is a breach in security and data is compromised, that they are required to notify the consumer that may have been impacted.
Madam Chairwoman, I know that my time is expired, but this is really interesting to see...
