I think the vast majority of Americans would say that the patient and doctor are in charge.

I can't imagine how many COVID patients it would have saved had it been allowed--FDA allowed it earlier.

We must fix that. The patient and the doctor must make those decisions.

I want you and the nurses to have patient care, not pushing paperwork.
