I really don't know where to begin here because the picture that seems to be painted from the discussion and from the questions and answers is that this is a dysfunctional organization with very little accountability and not very good…

We agree that these employees are entitled to greater protections, greater dignity and respect for the work that they do.

The best way to determine whether or not someone was being discriminated against was this pair testing.
