In June of this year, after 81 years of doling out taxpayer-funded welfare for mega-corporations, the American people said enough and Congress let the Export-Import Bank expire. Yet today, through a little-known and little-used legislative maneuver being used to circumvent the will of the American people, they are resurrecting this fund for corporate welfare.
