In the concluding 30 seconds, I again thank the gentleman from Utah and the gentlelady for her comments as well. And as we continue this elaboration, education on the Bill of Rights and the overall Constitution, I hearken back to the gentleman's comments from Texas and the gentleman from Georgia, that we should all ask the seminal and basic question for whatever we do here in this Congress and of course in the Presidential election that is coming up as well when they make all the promises to us across the country. Is what they're proposing to do, is it in the Constitution? ____________________
