perhaps I will not use the entire 5 minutes, because the amendment I present tonight is one similar to what I offered previously on other sessions of this Congress which have passed on voice vote in a bipartisan manner. This is an amendment which simply looks to the number of U.S. Government employees who attend international conferences.
