This kind of legislation exists in a fantasy land where President Obama is somehow shutting down U.S. energy production, not in the real world.

If the leadership of this committee and this House would actually get to work and get the Elementary and Secondary Education Act up to date and working, there would be less need for waivers, I am sure.

The so called transparency rule is an insidious dodge.

I think it is important to ask really what this is all about, just not get lost in the weeds.
