These bills are relics of a bygone area--as relevant as the telegraph or the horse and buggy.

Minimum wage has lost considerable buying power. It is not indexed to inflation.

This obstinacy by the majority won't stop my efforts to draw attention to these issues, to push for adoption of serious, meaningful reforms to make offshore drilling safer, not just more prevalent.

Without that evidence, this bill appears to be a classic example of a solution in search of a problem.
