I think when we have a policy that says if the other side doesn't follow the rules, you just ignore it, I think that's crazy. If you have a policy that says if the Chinese manipulate their currency and make it easy to fill the shelves at Wal-Mart but empty the pockets of American workers and you ignore it, I think that's crazy. So I think the process of going forward when the other side doesn't play by the same rules that we do, that empties factories, empties wallets and empties communities in this country, I think ignoring that is crazy. And I am glad to see that this House on a bipartisan basis for the first time in a long time is saying it's time to stand up for American communities, American companies and American workers and vote 'yes' on this legislation.
