Mr. President, just very briefly, I thank my colleague from Maryland and the bill manager. I hope we will get to a point where we can cast a vote on this. I appreciate Senator Isakson joining me and others in this effort, and particularly his expertise. If we listen to voices of reason as well as experience here, then Senator Isakson's arguments should be a winner. I look forward to hopefully having a vote. I yield the floor. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
