I would be offended if this censoring were occurring on the left as well as the right, and I want you to know that.

I certainly believe that the bipartisan, bicameral AIRWAVES Act that I recently introduced with Ranking Member Doyle is a fitting candidate.

I think it is essential that the American people have the right to speak their minds in this area, and I hope that the bill I am sponsoring, with the cosponsorship of Congressman Kennedy, will be able to garner unanimous support here.

I don't think it goes far enough and I'm very concerned about the provision that may have been added today regarding essential health benefits.
