The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, lines 6 through 8, strike all after ``fishery disasters'' and insert ``during calendar year 2012 that were declared by the Secretary of Commerce as a direct result of impacts from Hurricane Sandy:''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 23, the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Runyan) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New Jersey.
