Again, FERC is not radical. There is a statute that says that FERC has to consider greenhouse gas emissions. They put out a policy statement about how they are going to do that and asked for the industry to look at it and give their input. All this amendment does is to say to put that aside. Then how does the FERC--do they just issue another draft saying here is another way to look at it? I just think this is very confusing. I do think FERC should take into consideration greenhouse gas emissions. They are required to by the law. Unless the gentleman is going to change that, it makes no sense to say that they can't get industry input about how they do that.
